New Band Works Released
McMINNVILLE, Oregon – Keveli Music has recently made available six new titles for band. All six works were commissioned and include: DEER PATH OVERTURE (grade 2-3) commissioned by Deer Path Middle School, Lake Forest, IL; ELEGY FOR THE WALL’S UNNAMED (grade 5) commissioned by the Duker family, Quincy, IL and Aurora, IL; ELOI, ELOI (grade 4) composed for Ray Cramer and the Musashino Academia Musicae Wind Ensemble, Tokyo Japan; EMBLEMS OF SACRIFICE (grade 2-3) commissioned by the Second Winds Community Band, McMinnville, OR; SOJOURN OF DREAMS (grade 4-5) commissioned by 14 consortium members; and a new work for chamber winds, entitled WINTER RICERCAR (grade 4) commissioned by 14 consortium members.
